About us

Second Sweep is a small, independent retailer in Brooklyn, New York. We sell one thing at a time, and we sell it carefully.

Right now that one thing is the Roborock Qrevo S Pro robot vacuum and mop: open-box units whose packaging has been opened but which have never been used in a home. Each one is checked for signs of use, confirmed free of any previous account, updated, and run through a short function test before it goes back in the box with every original accessory.

Because we are not the manufacturer or an authorized dealer, the manufacturer's warranty does not apply to what we sell. So we back every unit ourselves: a 12-month limited warranty, 30-day returns with no restocking fee, and free shipping to all 50 states. If something goes wrong, you email us and we fix it — repair, replacement or refund.

We would rather tell you exactly what you are getting than make it sound like something it is not. If you have a question that the product page does not answer, write to support@shopsecondsweep.com or call +1 (929) 205-6197 and leave a voicemail if we can't pick up. We reply within one business day.
