Free shipping to all 50 states

Shipping is free on every order, to all 50 states.

Timing

• Orders ship within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US federal holidays).
• Most orders arrive within 5–8 business days of shipping. Alaska, Hawaii and rural addresses can take longer.
• You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.

Carriers and delivery

We ship with UPS, FedEx or USPS depending on destination. The robot and dock ship together in one box. A signature is not normally required, but the carrier may request one at its discretion.

Address changes and PO boxes

Email support@shopsecondsweep.com as soon as possible if you need to change your address; we can change it until the order ships. Because of the box size we cannot deliver to PO boxes; please use a street address.

Lost or damaged shipments

If tracking shows no movement for seven (7) days, or the package arrives damaged, email us with your order number. We open the carrier claim ourselves and send a replacement or refund — you do not have to wait for the claim to close.

International

We currently ship within the 50 United States only. We cannot deliver to US territories or to addresses outside the United States.
