What open-box means here
The box has been opened, but the unit has not been used in a home. Every accessory listed below is included, and our own 12-month limited warranty applies.
Inspection and testing
Each unit is checked for signs of use — clean dust bin, unused mop pads and filter, no debris in the dock — then powered on, confirmed free of any previous account, updated to current firmware, and run through a short function test: charging, LiDAR mapping, suction, brushes, mop lift, water pump, and the dock's auto-empty, mop washing, and drying.
Cosmetic condition
An open-box unit may show light cosmetic marks such as fine scratches or scuffs on the shell. These do not affect how it works.
Parts and packaging
All parts and consumables are the unused originals. It ships in the original Roborock box or a plain replacement box with protective packing, with every accessory listed below.

Second Sweep is an independent retailer, so the manufacturer's warranty does not apply to this purchase. Ours does, for 12 months from delivery.
Robot and dock: main board, motors, sensors, navigation, pump, and charging.
Battery failure: will not charge or will not hold a charge.
We repair, replace with an equivalent unit, or refund, and we pay shipping both ways on a confirmed defect.
Brushes, mop pads, filters, and dust bags: replaced if faulty on arrival and reported within 30 days.
Not covered: drops, liquid damage, misuse, self-repair, incompatible accessories or cleaning solutions, commercial use, cosmetic marks, gradual battery wear, and use outside the United States.

Is this unit new?
It is open-box: the packaging has been opened, but the unit has not been used. It comes with all original accessories listed above and is sold by Second Sweep, not by the manufacturer.
Who provides the warranty?
Second Sweep does. We are not affiliated with the manufacturer, and the manufacturer's warranty does not apply. Our 12-month limited warranty covers the robot and dock.
Can I return it?
Yes, within 30 days of delivery. If the unit is defective or not as described, we pay return shipping. If you change your mind, you pay return shipping. There is no restocking fee.
Can I use SAVE5 more than once?
Yes. Until October 20, 2026, 5% comes off every order automatically at checkout, including repeat orders. There is no code to type.
How fast does it ship?
Orders ship within 2–4 business days. Most arrive in 5–8 business days. Shipping is free to every address in the 50 states.
